You've Got Questions? I've Got You.

Q1: What types of labs do you review?
A: I review a wide range of functional and conventional labs including hormone panels, thyroid, full blood counts, gut health markers, inflammation panels, lipid panels, metabolic markers, and more. If it’s on your bloodwork or specialty panel, I can help you make sense of it.

Q2: Do you order labs or just interpret them?
A: Both! I can order labs for you in-house if you don’t already have them, or I can interpret labs you already have from another provider. It’s totally flexible based on your needs.

Q3: What makes this different from what I get at my doctor’s office?
A: I take time to look at optimal ranges instead of just "normal" ones, and I look at your body as a whole — not just one symptom. You’ll get clear explanations, connections between symptoms, and a nutrition-forward game plan that actually fits your lifestyle.

Q4: What can I expect when I purchase a lab review?
A: Once you check out, you’ll receive an email to upload your labs (or request lab ordering if needed). From there, I’ll review everything and send back a detailed video or written analysis (your choice) with insights, recommendations, and optional next steps.

Q5: How long does it take to receive my lab review results?
A: Typically within 3–5 business days after I receive your labs. I’ll keep you updated every step of the way.

Q6: Can you help me with a specific condition (PCOS, thyroid, autoimmune, etc.)?
A: Yes! I specialize in helping women with complex or chronic issues like hormone imbalances, gut dysfunction, autoimmune flares, blood sugar problems, and fatigue. If you’re unsure whether I can help, just reach out — I’m happy to chat.

Q7: Do you offer full wellness programs or just lab reviews?
A: I currently focus exclusively on lab reviews and personalized protocols. You can book a one-time review or upgrade to a full membership, which includes labs, reviews, and ongoing support. My goal is to help you stop guessing and start tracking real change using data-driven insight.

Q8: Are you a doctor?
A: I’m a certified holistic practitioner and functional nutritionist currently pursuing my doctorate in functional medicine. While I don’t diagnose or treat disease, I provide expert support to help you understand your labs and create a targeted plan to improve your health.
